Are Mila & Lulu pacifiers BPA-free?
Yes. All our silicone pacifier nipples are 100% BPA-, BPS-, PVC-, phthalate-, and lead-free, and meet U.S. CPSC and ASTM F963 safety standards for infant products.
What age are these pacifiers designed for?
Our pacifiers are designed for infants 0–18 months. Always supervise use, check for wear before each use, and replace every 4–6 weeks or sooner if damaged.
Are your pacifier clips safe for newborns?
Yes — our clips are metal-free and feature shatter-resistant beads with cords measured to U.S. CPSC safety standards (under 7¼ inches when fully extended). Always attach to clothing, never to a crib, stroller, or around the neck.
How do I clean and sterilize the pacifiers?
Before first use, sterilize by boiling in water for 5 minutes. For daily cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Do not microwave. Pacifier clips should be wiped with a damp cloth — do not submerge or machine wash.
How long does shipping take?
Economy U.S. shipping takes 5–8 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–4 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
What is your return policy?
All Mila & Lulu products are final sale. Because pacifiers and pacifier clips are personal infant-feeding items, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
